BENTON, Ark. – September 21, 2026 – CTS Services, Inc., an industrial and environmental services contractor based in Benton, Ark., has expanded its hydro excavation and industrial vacuum fleet to keep pace with growing demand from utilities, municipalities, pipeline operators and industrial facilities across Arkansas and surrounding states.
The expanded fleet gives the company more capacity to take on multi-truck projects and industrial emergency response work without pushing out scheduling for routine jobs. Its lineup now includes hydrovac trucks with heated-water capability for cold weather digging, dry vacuum trucks rated up to 6,000 cfm, liquid-ring vacuum trucks up to 4,000 cfm and tankers up to 6,000 gallons.
Demand for hydro excavation services has grown steadily as more project owners require non-destructive digging around buried utilities. The method uses pressurized water and vacuum removal to expose lines safely, and it has become the standard for utility locating, potholing, daylighting, slot trenching and debris removal on sensitive job sites.
“Customers used to call us for one truck on one job,” said Chad Slaughter, owner of CTS Services. “Now they are planning entire projects around vacuum excavation, and they need a partner with enough trucks to show up when the schedule says show up. This fleet expansion is our answer to that.”
