Through a series of interactive sessions, workshops, and keynote presentations, participants will explore innovative strategies for building more equitable and inclusive communities.

“We are excited to host our 4th Symposium on Conscious Law Enforcement and Inclusive Practices,” says Terry Watson, founder of Strategies for Justice. “This event represents an important opportunity for stakeholders from diverse backgrounds to come together, share insights, and collaborate on solutions that promote justice and inclusion.”

The symposium will feature a diverse lineup of speakers, including law enforcement leaders, community activists, scholars, and elected officials. Topics of discussion will encompass a wide range of issues, including community policing, restorative justice, reimaging public safety, and the role the community plays in promoting social change.

“Our goal is to create a space where participants can engage in constructive dialogue, learn from one another, and develop actionable strategies for advancing justice and inclusivity,” adds Terry Watson.

In addition to traditional presentations, the symposium will offer networking opportunities, interactive workshops, and resources for attendees to deepen their understanding of key issues and explore practical solutions. Participants will also have the opportunity to connect with a diverse-minded set of individuals and organizations who share a commitment to creating positive change in their communities.

The 4th Symposium on Conscious Law Enforcement and Inclusive Practices is open to law enforcement professionals, community organizers, faith-based organizations, colleges & universities, elected officials, and anyone interested in promoting justice and inclusion.
