CHICAGO – September 21, 2026 – A+ Appliance Repair & Maintenance has passed its tenth year in business. What started in 2015 as one family’s repair business in Chicago now runs in five U.S. markets: Illinois, the Los Angeles metro area, Washington, D.C., Virginia and the Houston area. The work splits two ways. In homes, technicians repair and maintain refrigerators, freezers, ice makers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, stoves, microwaves and water heaters. 1. Fixed pricing. Every repair is quoted at a fixed price before work begins, not billed by the hour. The diagnostic fee is waived when the customer goes ahead with the repair.
2. Same-day and next-day appointments. The company schedules service seven days a week, 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
3. Warranty on the work. Most replacement parts carry a 12-month warranty. Labor is covered for 30 days or more, depending on the repair.
4. Vetted technicians. Technicians are licensed, insured, background-checked and factory-trained.
5. A clean job site. The company’s stated standard is to leave the home cleaner than the technician found it.
