SEOUL, South Korea – Lee Moon Won Bio Co., Ltd. has been selected for TIPS, one of South Korea’s most prominent government-backed startup support programs, administered by the Korea Technology and Information Promotion Agency for SMEs (TIPA) under the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
TIPS is a highly selective program that matches a limited number of startups in each cohort with accredited private accelerators, combines private investment with government R&D funding, and directly connects selected companies with specialized research institutions and government-appointed experts throughout the full process, from research and development to commercialization.
Within South Korea’s startup ecosystem, selection for TIPS is widely regarded as a strong endorsement of both a company’s technological credibility and its long-term growth potential.

Lee Moon Won Bio was established in 2021 as the research, development, and commercialization affiliate of Lee Moon Won Korean Medicine Clinic, a specialized hair loss clinic founded in Seoul’s Gangnam district in 2005.
The company was built on 20 years of clinical expertise and treatment experience accumulated by the clinic. Lee Moon Won Korean Medicine Clinic has provided care in more than 200,000 patient cases involving individuals from 103 countries.
