DENVER, CO – July 23, 2026 – St. John’s Church and School Denver, led by Lead Pastor Andrew Farhat, reaches more than 500,000 people with the Gospel each year through its multisite congregation model, school community, Life Groups and mission partnerships across 10 countries. Renewal Church (Highlands Campus) was planted in 2018. The Lutheran church and school operate as a combined institution in Denver, connecting congregational ministry, faith-based education and outreach under one organizational structure.
As Lead Pastor, Andrew Farhat guides preaching, teaching and congregational leadership at both campuses. His ministry reflects a path shaped by theological formation at Concordia Seminary, service at St. Paul Lutheran Church and School in Roseburg, Oregon, and pastoral leadership in Denver. At St. John’s, his work centers on Gospel-centered teaching, executive leadership, school partnership and training everyday missionaries.
The institution’s annual reach is tied to several areas of ministry. St. John’s Church Denver operates through multiple ministry sites and 15 citywide Life Groups, creating points of connection across Denver neighborhoods. Its mission partnerships across 10 countries connect the congregation to international ministry relationships while keeping global outreach part of the church’s regular ministry life.
St. John’s School Denver is part of the same Lutheran community and supports the institution’s combined church-and-school model. The school serves students and families through faith-based education, while the congregation provides worship, teaching, pastoral care and community service. The shared structure keeps the church and school connected through common Lutheran doctrine and community purpose.
Pastor Farhat has also shared biblical teaching through podcast work with his wife, Daisy, as part of a broader ministry focus on faith, family and transformation.
