Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd. (TSXV: GMG) (OTCQX: GMGMF) has announced a global exclusive Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)with Alstom (EPA: ALO) to jointly develop and commercialize graphene-enhanced HVAC products for the global rail industry.

The agreement represents major commercial validation for GMG, providing the company with an exclusive opportunity to work alongside one of the world’s largest rail manufacturers. Alstom operates in 61 countries, employs approximately 87,800 people, and generated €19.2 billion in annual revenue, giving GMG exposure to a global transportation infrastructure market.

The collaboration is expected to evaluate graphene technologies designed to improve energy efficiency, thermal performance, equipment durability, and operating reliability across rail HVAC systems.

Alongside Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd. (TSXV: GMG) (OTCQX: GMGMF), investors are also monitoring trading activity in NOVAGOLD Resources Inc. (NYSE: NG) (TSX: NG), B2Gold Corp. (TSX: BTO) (NYSE: BTG), Denison Mines Corp. (TSX: DML) (NYSE: DNN), and Vivakor, Inc. The announcement further strengthens GMG’s growing commercialization momentum following record June sales orders, completion of its Generation 2.0 Graphene Manufacturing Plant, and expanding adoption of its graphene technologies across HVAC, industrial cooling, AI data centers, and commercial infrastructure. For investors, the exclusive relationship with Alstom could serve as an important long-term catalyst by expanding GMG’s addressable market, increasing commercial credibility, validating its proprietary graphene technology with a global industry leader, and creating potential opportunities for future revenue growth if commercial deployment advances successfully
