Vaycaychella Moves Closer To Launching Its Revolutionary Real Estate Investment App; Milestone Reached And One More On Deck In February

February 22 07:38 2021

Vaycaychella has moved a big step closer to bringing its potentially revolutionary real estate investment app to the market. Through its parent company, World Series of Golf, Inc. (OTC Pink: WSGF), Vaycaychella announced on Friday its “alpha test” completion of its alternative finance application designed to facilitate purchasing or investing in short-term rental properties.

The app, which has been referred to as the “Robinhood” of real estate investing (but very retail-friendly), is a first of its kind platform that brings the opportunity for fractional ownership in multiple properties to the retail investor class. The completion of the alpha testing is a milestone met. And a second may come within the next week.

Now that the initial testing is complete, management shifted to the review process, saying they are reviewing the data and will implement any software changes needed to make the app as user-friendly and seamless to the transaction process as possible. The next stage is to launch its “beta” testing, which Vaycaychella said is on schedule to happen by the end of February. Once that stage is complete, users can expect a full production launch in June of this year. And that event could be a catalyst of significant proportion.

Immediately, the full market launch puts WSGF in an excellent position to create massive shareholder value. For one, the app can do things that other app’s can’t. Better still, the competitive landscape is minimal. Moreover, Vaycaychella believes they will quickly expand the short-term rental ecosystem upstream from rental apps like Airbnb (ABNB), VRBO, and Expedia, which concentrate more on landlord/tenant relationships.

Vaycaychella instead will be connecting short-term rental property buyers and investors to owners with a mission to create and fill a void that enables parties that may not have had the resources before to make a purchase.

And the process is extraordinarily simple. A recent presentation shows how the app will work.

The Robinhood Of Real Estate Apps

As noted, Vaycaychella is getting compared to popular investment apps like Robinhood and Acorn, which have opened the door for retail investors to build sizable stock portfolios through small-dollar investments.

Vaycaychella can essentially do the same thing for real estate but may be more risk-appropriate for investors who can’t tolerate stock trading volatility. Moreover, owning real estate has shown more often than not that it is a superior investment compared to stock trading, and over time can deliver superior returns. The great news is that Vaycaychella has opened that door of opportunity to a whole new class of investors.

And not only is the app potentially able to change the real estate investment landscape, but it is also easy to use. Through a smart device, laptop, or desktop computer, investors, once registered, are about two clicks away from being connected to potential investments. The first click is to sign on. It’s that easy. The app can also facilitate what almost no real estate agent can do, which is to allow incremental and fractional ownership in properties worldwide. Not only that, investors can choose the type of investment they want, ranging from short-term interest only to long-term ownership that can result in a passive but regular income stream from owning a stake in vacation rental properties.

Best of all, Vaycaychella is positioned to do what no other real estate app does by allowing investors to build a vast property portfolio across a global market. That’s what makes the app so attractive.

Vaycaychella Beta Launch

Vaycaychella is nearing its official launch. It’s expected to happen later this year following the planned beta test of this game-changing app this month. Once the data is evaluated, the app will be finalized and introduced into the global markets. That could be great news for WSGF investors, especially if the company’s guidance that the app may deliver upwards of $100 million in revenues in its first year ring true. Thus, not only is the app being referred to as a potentially revolutionary tool in the real estate investor space, but it can also be a windfall for WSGF investors.

Expectations are high, but considering that Robinhood became a billion-dollar trading app within five years of its full-scale launch, projecting $100 million is reasonable. And even if it generated half that amount in the first year, on a revenues multiple WSGF stock could trade many times higher. The Vaycaychella demo showed how easy it is to navigate the platform.

Earlier this month, WSGF published a demo of how the app works. And the reviews were positive. Users signs up, complete a few questions, and then the app goes to work to match user’s criteria with suitable investment opportunities. The best news is that listings on Vaycaychella often happen in real-time, allowing investors that use the app the first opportunity at the deals. And since Vaycaychella makes money when deals get completed, the app is inherently designed to quickly connect buyers, owners, and investors together to make deals happen. The most attractive part of the app is that it eliminates most of the logistical hurdles that limit how fast and who can qualify for investment. In other words, credit checks, income to debt ratios, and credit scores can be a thing of the past when using the app. Still, the investments are transparent, safe, and backed with legally enforceable documents that pronounce title and interest into specific properties.

The app can also reduce the time required to close a deal to days instead of months. And, it can be done from home or office. For that matter, investors can make deals while sipping a latte’ at their favorite coffee house.

The End Of Conventional Real Estate Investment

This is the best part. Unlike conventional loan processes that require lengthy reviews and processing, Vaycaychella has designed a safe, verifiable platform that allows for investment into vacation property ownership without credit checks, income to debt ratios, and credit scores. It’s also far different from Airbnb that connects renters with landlords, so don’t confuse the two.

Vaycaychella is taking an entirely different tact by connecting buyers, investors, and property owners to facilitate property acquisition and investment no matter the wallet size of an investor. It’s not a tenant/landlord connection; it’s an owner/investment connection. And by being the first to market with this revolutionary app, Vaycaychella is likely to earn the lion’s share of attention. It could indeed follow the same path as Robinhood.

After all, it could take a considerable time for a comprehensive and competing app to get developed. And that head start may be all that WSGF needs to make its Vaycaychella app the dominant force in the sector. Moreover, with investors and app users far less skeptical about using apps for investment purposes, that hurdle toward adoption has already been cleared.

Best of all, because it can eliminate almost every restrictive hurdle compared to conventional real estate investment, Vaycaychella can become the top-rated app for investors wanting to build either a small passive income or a sizable income-producing portfolio. And as noted, the size of an investor’s wallet has far less meaning. Vaycaychella can facilitate fractional, multiple property ownership across different parts of the world. That’s an opportunity that didn’t exist, at least for some investor classes.

Another positive for the app is that it intends to create a cryptocurrency component to facilitate and support its users.

Vaycaychella With Cryptocurrency Added

Vaycaychella is taking an additional step with plans to create a cryptocurrency component to its apps infrastructure. The digital currency is intending to back the value of the properties in user’s portfolios and could add additional appreciation in values. Still, don’t consider the crypto as a typical digital asset. Unlike traditional coins with no fiat to support their valuation, Vaycaychella’s will be backed by tangible property values and deeded inventory.

It’s another component that makes WSGF attractive at these levels. At roughly three-cents a share, investors have an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a revolutionary app. Consider the idea, and then understand the magnitude of investing into an entirely new market, where being early can return huge rewards. And for those not interested in trading stock, the app itself is the perfect vehicle to build an income-producing real estate portfolio. In either scenario, Vaycaychella can be a personal game-changer.
