The Utopia Management Scholarship fund is a biannual scholarship with a value of $1000, awarded in the Spring and Fall. Utopia Management, a large property management company with locations established in major cities throughout the West Coast, has been a strong supporter of higher education with various scholarships and education grants. This particular fund was established at the beginning of 2020, with Zachary Quaglia being the first recipient. Utopia’s presence and strong community relationships in dozens of cities sparked a desire to encourage community prosperity by supporting dedicated students pursuing career-oriented degrees.
Applicants are required to submit an essay on the theme “How Will Your Education Contribute to a Utopian World?”. Zachary Quaglia’s winning essay shared his personal analysis of what factors define a Utopian society, the potential for attainability, and how he may participate in society after his education. The next scholarship will be awarded in Spring 2021, with an application deadline of May 1, 2021. Requirements include full-time enrollment in an accredited US college or university and a minimum of 3.5-grade average.
